Community-Wide Garage Sale

As it gets closer to the garage sale month, check the website/newsletter for exact date. We encourage residents to publicize any specific items you would like sold on Craigslist or other sources. The HOA will publicize in the Herald and a general ad on Craigslist.
The 2022 Fall Garage sale is Saturday, September 24th.
Carbon Monoxide
Pioneer Trails HOA is very concerned with life safety issues that may affect our association residents and neighbors. Carbon Monoxide poisoning is one such concern because of the devastating consequences that can result. Per the Washington RCW 19.27.530, by January 1, 2011 all newly constructed buildings classified as residential occupancies should be equipped with carbon monoxide alarms, and all other buildings classified as residential occupancies should be equipped with carbon monoxide alarms by January 1, 2013. Not only do they save lives, but CO alarms are also needed when renting or selling your home. Attached is a CAU Risk Management Article that can help you identify common sources of Carbon Monoxide, as well as review methods of how to prevent and detect this deadly poison before injury occurs. Preserving the lives and welfare of our residents is important. Please share this information with your friends and family.
