Bring a blanket or chair and get ready to connect with friends and make new ones. Celebrate that school is out for the summer and join your neighbors for an afternoon of ice cream/popsicles from Yay Big Yah High Yay Ice Cream, face-painting, and temporary tattoos, water balloons, and all your favorite lawn games. Please bring some canned/packaged food for our food drive for Mill Creek Food Bank.
PTHOA will be holding monthly Board Meetings on the last Tuesday of each Month at 7pm. All meetings will be held via zoom except for the March Elections and the November Budget meetings. The schedule will be sent with your 2026 statement.
Garage sales are held in the spring and fall.
As it gets closer to the garage sale month, check the website/newsletter for exact date. We encourage residents to publicize any specific items you would like sold on Craigslist or other sources. The HOA will publicize in the Herald and a general ad on Craigslist.
