The Halloween Parade is scheduled for October 31st at 3pm. This year’s parade is going in the opposite direction from past years and will start at 122nd Pl & 42nd Drive. Neighbors on the route are

The 2027 Budget meeting will be held on 10/27 at 7pm at Hilton Lake Fire Station

The 2026 Fall Garage sale will be Saturday, September 19th.
We encourage residents to publicize any specific items you would like sold on Craigslist or other sources. The HOA will publicize in the Herald and a general ad on Craigslist.
PTHOA will be holding monthly Board Meetings on the last Tuesday of each Month at 7pm. All meetings will be held via zoom except for the March Elections and the November Budget meetings. The schedule will be sent with your 2026 statement.

Bring a blanket or chair and get ready to connect with friends and make new ones. Celebrate that school is out for the summer and join your neighbors for an afternoon of ice cream/popsicles from Yay Big Yah High Yay Ice Cream, face-painting, and temporary tattoos, water balloons, and all your favorite lawn games. Please bring some canned/packaged food for our food drive for Mill Creek Food Bank.
